It’s been all too easy to fall back into the standard ways of operating when it comes to being around Steve, even if it’s been years since they’ve seen one another. Tony won’t be taking any time to analyze that, however. It would be much better to ease back into this as if they’d never had a rift.

Steve’s never been some paragon of the 40s, though. He’s inclusive and kind, he took right away to traversing racism and sexism too, as if he’s more like an ideal Millennial than actual Millennials are.
