Steve doesn't ask for much, when it comes down to it, in the way of concessions to his feelings. And he genuinely doesn't mind the half-playful, half-scathing monikers outside the bedroom. 'Capsicle' is actually one of his favorites, despite the unpleasant event it references. He's been frozen, Tony probably thinks he's got a wooden stick up his nether regions--or at least he must have before tonight. It's clever, it's funny, it's catchy. But here, he'd rather err on the side of sweetness, and when Tony responds in kind, any hesitance he had ebbs away in a rush.
He looks a little surprised, but kisses back with a quiet moan and sigh. There. Yes. That's all he needs.
He nuzzles into Tony's neck, smiling. "I like that. You're still in charge, though. Whatever you want, I want, just say the word."
